How will my Gift Box look on arrival?
Once we receive your order, we’ll set about creating your Gift Box. We handpick all the items, securing them neatly within our stylish but sturdy eco friendly brown boxes and cushioning with shred for their journey to you. No paperwork is included, so there will be no details on pricing.
Personalise your gift by leaving a note at checkout and we will hand write a gift card and pop in the box too.
How long will my Gift Box take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Everything is then sent via Royal mail 48 hr tracked service
Can I mix and match items from different gift boxes?
Our ready made Gift Boxes have been carefully curated to compliment themes, flavours and colours. You are welcome to create your own personalised box in our create your own section or get in touch in you would like a bespoke box.
Oh no, something went wrong with my order
Sometimes things don’t work out as planned, if you have a problem, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
Whoops! I put in the wrong delivery address
Don't worry this isn't a problem. Drop us a message asap and we will change it on our system as long as we have not shipped the item. If an item is returned to us by royal mail due to an incomplete/unknown address or the recipient not collecting the item, and you would like us to ship the item again, we will charge you the extra postage.
Ingredients and dietary requirements
We source our food products from a range of different suppliers, and some may contain nuts or similar items that could be unsuitable for people with allergies. Where Gift Boxes contain food products, please check the Ingredients and Allergens Page if you would like to check any of the ingredients . We want our Gift Boxes to be enjoyed safely
Can we ship internationally?
At this time, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
