Shipping Policy

At Brown Box Gift Company, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do in case of any issues.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will keep you updated.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the UK only and offer the following delivery options:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to postal service delays beyond our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive a tracking number, feel free to contact us at info@brownboxgiftcompany.co.uk.


4. Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact us at info@brownboxgiftcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is delayed or missing, please check your tracking information first. If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please contact your local courier. If the issue persists, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
